The Langham Auckland set the scene for 2016 with a lavish evening of networking, culinary delights, and entertainment in its Great Room last week. Over 350 of Auckland's event industry elite, attended the event to experience the event services offered by the five star venue. Paying homage to the forthcoming season and it's country of residence, the Great Room was aptly themed in two different styles - Black and White to reflect New Zealand's national colours as well as Autumn. The night was held in collaboration with Staging Connections, The Production and Music Agency, and Event Impressions. As the official in-house audio visual provider to The Langham Auckland, Staging Connections delivered crystal clear audio and an array of creative lighting solutions such as gobos as well as pin lighting to highlight the table centrepieces, food stations and the mirrored structure installation in the venue foyer. In addition to Staging Connections delivering the quality sound and lighting expertise for the event, Tim Chapman, General Manager of Digital at Staging Connections engaged the audience with our selection of digital products. The presentation included a demonstration of popular audience engagement tools, Event Feed - a social media integration platform, and Event Poll - our live audience polling and feedback platform. Event Feed was used in collaboration with Event Impression’s photo wall using the hashtag #NZShowcase.
