The reason I started in events is the same reason I am still going some 15 years later. The satisfaction of turning an empty room into a client's vision is simply unbeatable. I love to truly understand what a client is trying to achieve with their event and then using my experience and that of those around me to align our solution to create amazing outcomes for our clients and their guests. 

The best events I've ever worked on was during footy season at the Crown Palladium. We do a series of very large events over the space of a few weeks. Our team always comes up with a inspirational and creative solution. It is a very challenging and very rewarding few weeks. As a manager I get great pleasure out of seeing my teams pull together to deliver totally inspirational solutions for our clients and pull out all stops to ensure that the event is a success.

I love that at Staging Connections our people are so dedicated and passionate that 100% is still not good enough. Even as the shows start you often see our techs trying something to just make the event that 1% better. It's these additional 1 percenter's  that create a culture of constant improvement and drives the success of our company. 

What you probably won't know about me, is that I'm actually a die hard Bon Jovi fan!
