JoyMain Sales Incentive 2015

The Project

The Staging Connections team were challenged to design, create and manage an entertaining incentive dinner in recognition of over 1,600 of Joymain’s inbound sales representatives, as part of their annual international incentive recognition trip.

The Solution

To celebrate Joymain’s top sales representatives, Staging Connections envisioned, designed and managed an evening of spectacular entertainment. Every moment was crafted, from the time they stepped off the coach to the minute the final curtain was drawn.

The high energy roving performers at the pre-dinner function built excitement in the room as the guests, from across the globe, enjoyed having their photo taken against specially designed photo walls and unique entry structures.
In the main room, the incentive delegates were treated to a spectacular night of entertainment. Reflecting our diverse Australian culture, guests experienced a traditional Welcome to Country, and a flamboyant drag queen show, performed on rolling stage risers to allow for a mobile focal point capturing the large audience’s attention.
The bespoke stage extended 12 metres either side of the main stage to allow guests a panoramic view of the night’s events. Guests were sure not to miss a second of entertainment with a 40 metre by 5 metre wall projection surface behind the stage, supported by two large wide peripheral screens on either side.

The highlight of the event saw Joymain’s top sellers jump on the back of 18 Harley Davidsons in a procession lining the red carpet right up to the stage, which lit up in an explosion of pyrotechnics to celebrate their success.
