Sales Incentive Dinner

The Project

The Staging Connections Queensland team were approached to deliver an intimate dinner for 35 guests as a reward for meeting their sales results. The client wanted to reward and motivate their sales team in a truly unique way and decided on a Mad Hatters Theme!

The Solution

Our Stylist Georgia collaborated with our technical team to bring together creative styling with audio, vision and lighting. A custom made Astroturf hedge bar was built for guests to enjoy pre dinner ‘teapot” cocktails and games of croquet on the Astroturf croquet course. Astroturf also covered plinths and cubes to provide quirky cocktail furniture and the area was decorated with topiary trees and hundreds of red and white roses in Victorian urns. For the main dining experience we built a ‘room within a room’ using floor to ceiling rear projection screens. With full control over the environment we had the ability to transform the entire space throughout the evening, changing the proportion and perspective of the room at various times making the guests feel small one minute and giant the next.
