We can look after all your speaker needs for the conference before, during and after the event. Before the conference starts we will set up an email address which you can pass to all your speakers so they can provide their presentations ahead of the event. We will organise these in a way which follows your conference schedule so we are in the best position on the day of the event.
During the conference we will set up a room where all your presenters can go when they arrive to make last minute changes to anything they are presenting. From this room we also coordinate all the presenters’ content and run multiple screens in multiple rooms with the centralised content. Following your conference we will collate all the presentations and place in one easy place for you to access.
In Melbourne and Sydney we have a dedicated expo team who can help you create a complete tradeshow. From the construction of a single booth to the management of an entire conference exhibition our conference exhibition design specialists work with you to deliver your exhibition needs on time and in budget.
