Staging Connections are entering an exciting growth period and need passionate event professionals and AV technicians to help us get there! Opportunities exist across all event roles at all levels starting at entry-level through to seasoned professionals - from event sales and account management, to in-house roles at our four and five star venue partners, and even AV technicians and crew.

Audio Visual and Event Production Training Opportunities

Staging Connections has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) registration number 91030) since 2004 and is committed to developing the next generation of event professionals.  

We offer our full time employees the CUA30413 Certificate III in Live Production and Services qualification, as well as other event related units of competency.  All of our training programs are based around an on-the-job curriculum. Trainees will gain invaluable hands-on experience with the latest in live event production technology, under the guidance of industry experts. Staging Connections is proud to offer this award-winning live event production training program, and are always looking for passionate and dedicated new recruits looking to advance their careers.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I apply to work at Staging Connections?

When a vacancy arises, you can apply by sending through a cover letter and resume to the specified email, before the due date. We do not accept unsolicited resumes. 

To be eligible to work at Staging Connections, you must have the right to work in the particular country of interest, as well as meet the requirements of the role. Successful candidates will need to provide evidence of their right to work before commencing employment. We have on occasion offered temporary 457 Visa sponsorships to the right candidate for a specific role.

Does Staging Connections offer work experience/internships?

No. Due to liquor and gaming laws, we are unable to place school aged students in our venue offices.  Outside of peak periods, we have accommodated tours of our Base offices for student groups.  

Can I get training if I am not employed with Staging Connections?

Our training programs such as the Certificate III in Live Production, are only available to full time employees of Staging Connections. Our training programs are designed to be delivered “on the job” in conjunction with face to face modules.
