Funds for Fiji raises $50,000

Over 250 guests attended the Funds for Fiji charity event held at the Pullman Auckland last week and raised a staggering $50, 000. Fiji Airways organised the event with the purpose of helping Fiji regain its beauty and smiles following the devastation caused by Cyclone Winston.

As one of our New Zealand venue partner's, Staging Connections were on-site to operate all the audio visual elements of the evening including video and sound of the silent and live auction items, as well as AV support for the on-stage performances.

New Zealand Sales Manager for Fiji Airways, Mel Watson, is thrilled with the turnout and support offered by the trade in New Zealand in "helping bring back the smiles to Fiji".

"We are so grateful for everyone who bought tickets, and also to the huge generosity to everyone who donated...Special thanks to Brancott Estate, Tourism Fiji, 4Pr, and also to the Pullman Auckland and Staging Connections who went above and beyond, helping us put on an amazing evening."
