Staging Connections has announced the national roll out of its Webcasting service building on the successful launch of this service in the Melbourne and Sydney markets in 2010. The national launch of Webcasting as part of Staging Connections' new range of Digital Event Services will also see the service rolled out in the New Zealand market. According to Tony Chamberlain, Managing Director of the Staging Connections Group, Webcasting has been widely adopted by a number of clients who are choosing hybrid events to communicate more effectively with their customers.
Webcasting can be integrated into any event type to effectively extend messaging to a wider audience but is being heavily utilised as part of Annual General Meetings by clients. "Events are changing and as the event industry evolves so too has the way events are delivered. Today we are talking to customers about a wider range of options for their events than ever before. Ultimately our customers want greater accountability and they expect a significant Return on Investment from their investment in event marketing and communication. "As the structure of conference and meetings changes and as clients become more and more focused on meeting the needs of their customers, we have positioned ourselves as educators in terms of the best approach for individual events. From that closer collaboration we find that we are delivering both live and virtual events that use new media to extend communication to a much wider audience," Tony said. Staging Connections' specialist team has delivered Webcasting services for a number of major events including the Westfield Trust and NRMA Motoring and Services (M&S) Annual General Meetings, the St Vincent de Paul CEO Sleepout and the Asia Pacific Screen Awards.
The team, which has been commended by clients for its high standards of service, deliver a range of Webcasting services including Live and On Demand Webcasting, Podcasting and Vodcasting and Virtual Post Services such as Hosting, Webskin Design and Analytics. Webcasting complements Staging Connections' traditional Technical, Styling and Design services and enables Staging Connections to continue to deliver a range of innovative integrated event services to its customers. Staging Connections plans to roll out a number of new innovations in Digital Event Services throughout 2011 to augment its successful Webcasting service.
